A Recent Gutter Installation for a Teaneck Apartment Complex
Often times water issues are caused by the wrong size width gutters. Gutters that are too small cannot handle heavy rainfall. They will become overloaded, which can lead to gutter and structural damage. Too narrow gutters were a problem for our client in Teaneck. After configuring the square footage of the drainage area and adjusting that number to account for the pitch of the roof maximum rainfall intensity, we determined that the building needed to upgrade from 5-inch gutters to 6-inch gutters to solve the water flow issues.
